I've lost the email telling me how to access my virtual card, what do I do?

If you have lost the original email containing your Card ID and last 4 digits of your card, and have not saved this information elsewhere - then please contact us so that we can arrange to resend the email to you. This will enable you to either perform a username reminder or password reset so that you can access your account , or to complete the activation of your account if you had not completed this yet.
